The installation of aftermarket parts, red dot mounts, holsters, and grip modifications requires proper care and technical safety. Improper installation or use can cause firearm malfunctions, property damage, severe personal injury, or death. By purchasing these items, you agree that you assume all risks associated with their installation, testing, and use. 71 Creative is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse, improper installation, or failure of our accessories.

2. Virtual Reality 3D-Printed Toy Guns:
Our 3D-printed VR toy guns are intended strictly for gaming, entertainment, and display purposes. Because these items may closely resemble real firearms, you must never brandish, flash, or display them in public spaces, schools, or in front of law enforcement officers. Doing so can cause panic and carries severe safety and legal risks. 71 Creative LLC disclaims all liability for legal consequences, physical injuries, or law enforcement actions resulting from the reckless or public display of our toy replicas.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC RETURN & REFUND RULES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the specialized nature of our products, the following strict return rules apply:

• Silicon Carbide Grip Enhancement Kits: Due to the physical and chemical application nature of these materials, Silicon Carbide kits are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or used. We only accept returns on these kits if they are in their original, unopened, and pristine packaging.

• Virtual Reality 3D-Printed Toy Guns & Accessories: 3D-printed items naturally possess unique manufacturing characteristics, including minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or small cosmetic imperfections. These are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns for 3D-printed items are only accepted if the product arrives structurally broken or non-functional.

• Other products: We offer a 30 day return policy for unopened/unused items. Buy is responsible for return shipping and a refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned items. Please contact info@71creative.com with your order number to request a return.

• International Return Shipping: If an international return is authorized by our customer service team, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. Import Legality and Customs Seizures:
International buyers assume all responsibility for ensuring that the items ordered (including 3D-printed toy replicas, holsters, and mounts) are fully legal to import into their destination country. 71 Creative is not responsible for packages delayed, confiscated, seized, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items seized by customs.

3. Duties, Customs Fees, and Taxes:
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
